Description
This role is responsible for monitoring adherence to Distribution Centre processes and procedures to ensure accurate stock holding, while providing vital administrative support to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager. In short: you’ll help keep the wheels turning, the stock balanced, and the operation running like a well-oiled forklift.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Distribution Administration
Review route planning with Route Planners to ensure optimal vehicle allocation and on-time delivery
Prioritise warehouse picking loads and issue trip sheets and work instructions
Support carryover management and communicate driver feedback
Assist with delivery schedule communication to customers and Sales Consultants
Arrange accommodation for delivery teams (sleep-outs)
Maintain accurate administration and filing systems
Returns Administration
Monitor returns processes, resolve concerns, and escalate where necessary
Oversee claims administration, including investigations, credit notes (RMAs), collections, and storage
Confirm damaged stock for disposal with appropriate approvals
Investigate root causes of claims and implement preventative solutions
Administer return loads to head office or designated locations
