Minimum Requirements
Completed Diploma in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Strong academic performance
Superior English reading, writing, speaking and interpersonal skills
Strong communication and attention to detail required
MS Office full proficiency – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Duties & Responsibilities
Process Control:
Measure, record and analyse production related KPI’s
Ensure adherence to standardised work procedures
Investigate and resolve manufacturing related problems and sub-standard performance
Control and monitor Kanban system
Capacity planning and calculation to determine overtime/planned stop requirements
Production:
Maintain manufacturing and production efficiencies
Ensure the optimal and efficient use of resources
Monitor the achievement of daily production targets
Analyse daily variances and identify opportunities for improvements
Balance the production lines
Conduct time studies and develop standard time for all processes
Project Management:
Schedule project activities to facilitate effective project execution
Ensure on time completion of planned project deliveralbes
Timeous implantation of lean manufacturing principles
