Qualifications
BSc / B Eng Chemical Engineering
Experience
No previous work experience required
Duties
Assist in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improveefficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and resolve issues in production
systems.
Ensure that processes adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations
while maintaining quality standards.
Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production techniques,
reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
Monitor the performance of production, equipment and assist in maintenance
activities to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, maintenance, quality) and
create detailed reports on process performance and improvements.
