Developer Internship

About the Internship:
Sybrin is a leading provider of innovative software solutions across Africa and beyond. We’re offering a 12-month internship opportunity for aspiring Developers to join our Technology division.
This internship provides hands-on experience in designing, building, and maintaining real-world software applications. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working on exciting projects that drive value for our clients and support our mission of delivering cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and maintenance of software applications
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior developers
Participate in team discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews
Troubleshoot and debug software issues
Contribute to documentation and testing of applications
Learn and apply development best practices and standards
Required Skills:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in IT, Computer Science, or Software Development
Basic programming knowledge in one or more languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript)
Familiarity with development frameworks such as .NET, React, or Angular (preferred but not required)
Understanding of database concepts and SQL
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
