We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven Hotel Travel Desk Agent who thrives on creating exceptional guest journeys. This role is ideal for someone who understands both hospitality and travel logistics, is highly organised, and enjoys engaging with guests while managing bookings, itineraries and experiences with precision.

Minimum Requirements

Matric or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in a Travel Desk, Concierge or similar role within a hotel environment and willing to work hotel shifts
Strong knowledge of Cape Town, surrounding areas and tourist attractions
Experience coordinating transfers, tours, excursions and guest logistics
Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and hotel systems (OPERA experience advantageous)
Well-presented with a professional and polished approach
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages advantageous)
South African ID or valid work permit
