Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade12 NSC)
3-5 years’ experience in receiving, stores or manufacturing warehousing preferred
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong numeracy and record keeping
Integrity and honesty
Duties & Responsibilities
Goods Receiving & Inspection

Verify deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices
Inspect raw materials and components for damage, quality and quantity
Complete and process Goods Received Notes (GRNs)
Inventory & Stock Control

Update stock on ERP / inventory systems (SAP, Syspro, Oracle commonly used in manufacturing)
Assist with cycle counts and stock takes
Ensure correct storage, labelling and batch tracking
Documentation & Administration

Maintain accurate receiving registers and filing
Capture data accurately and on time
Resolve discrepancies with procurement, suppliers and store
Health & Safety Compliance

Adhere to OHS, handling procedures and factory safety rules
Comply with quality standards, FIFO/FEFO principles
Handle hazardous or regulated materials where applicable
