Job description:
To deliver accurate and timely bookkeeping services by processing financial transactions efficiently and preparing financial reports in accordance with agreed standard operating procedures and legislative requirements.
Specific Role Responsibilities
Management of Head Office admin fees charges to dealers
Management of Invoicing to partners such as Motor Happy, Centriq and MFS
Loan account management and reconciling
BEE and ESD checking
Health and safety report consol
Loan vehicle schedule consol checking
Recon file preparation
VAT submission for Importer Multi Franchise Retail Group
Assisting with loading payments on the bank
Asset counts and asset register maintenance for Importer Multi Franchise Retail Group
Assistance with month-end process and finalising income statement
Retail creditors function
Retail debtors function
Expense claims processing
Any other ad-hoc related duties with regards to Retail and Properties
Qualifications and Experience
Matric with Accounting and Mathematics
Accounting/Bookkeeping Diploma or relevant qualification
Must have at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience within the automotive industry
