About the Role
As a Trainee Administrator at Nissan East Rand, you will develop vital administrative skills and gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry. This role primarily focuses on supporting daily operations, ensuring efficient administration, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
– Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
– Manage and respond to internal and external communications professionally and efficiently.
– Support the scheduling and coordination of meetings, events, and appointments.
– Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure up-to-date information is always available.
– Collaborate with team members on various projects to improve operational efficiency.
– Monitor office supplies and procurement processes, ensuring necessary materials are stocked.
– Help troubleshoot basic office equipment issues and liaise with IT support when needed.
– Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to administrative functions.

Requirements
– A completed Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
– Demonstrable experience in an administrative role or in a customer-facing position will be advantageous.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using other office software.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
– Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
– A willingness to learn and develop skills related to the automotive industry.

Preferred Qualifications
– A relevant diploma or certification in Administration or Business Management.
– Previous experience in a corporate or automotive-related environment.
– Familiarity with CRM systems or other administrative software programs.
– Knowledge of the automotive industry and its operational processes.
