What You Can Expect
As a learner, you will gain exposure to real business activities and projects within your assigned business unit or function. You will have the opportunity to build practical experience, strengthen your workplace readiness and develop skills that will support your future career.
During the programme, you may:
Support teams with day-to-day business activities and project coordination.
Assist with preparing business documents, reports, presentations and proposals.
Gain practical exposure to business operations, systems, processes and customer requirements.
Participate in team projects that contribute to operational improvement and business outcomes.
Build professional skills in communication, collaboration, time management and problem-solving.
Learn from experienced colleagues in a diverse, inclusive and innovative working environment.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for candidates who have completed, or are completing, a National Diploma in one of the following fields:
Electrical Engineering
Finance
Human Resources
Project Management
Safety Management
Information Technology
You may be a great fit if you:
Are a recent graduate or will complete your qualification within the next six months.
Have achieved a minimum academic average of 65%.
Must be a recent 2026 graduate or graduating within the next 6 months.
Are eager to learn, proactive and open to new challenges.
Have strong attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership of your work.
Can communicate effectively and work well with different people and teams.
Are adaptable, curious and motivated to build a meaningful career.
