Assisting customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable tech products
Providing excellent service and ensuring a positive in-store experience
Staying up to date with product knowledge, specifications, and current promotions
Working as part of a team to achieve store sales goals
Requirements

Minimum of a Matric certificate (Minimum requirement)
Previous sales experience in a tech retail environment is essential
Strong tech product knowledge and genuine interest in technology
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Comfortable explaining technical features and specifications to customers of all experience levels
