Over the course of two years, our Graduate Development Program will immerse you in the core areas of Mechanical Engineering:
Project Engineering – Gain hands-on experience in design and execution

You may be a great fit if you:
Have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Are a South African citizen with a valid South African ID
Demonstrate strong academic performance and a thirst for continuous learning
Enjoy solving problems and thinking analytically
Thrive in team environments and communicate effectively
Are curious, driven, and excited about shaping the future of mining and engineering
