Description
As a Human Resources Intern, you’ll play a key supporting role across various HR functions, from onboarding to employee engagement and HR administration. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the full HR lifecycle within a growing business.
What you will love doing in this role
Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
Coordinating interviews, assessments, and employee documentation
Maintaining employee records and HR databases
Assisting with HR reporting and data analysis
Supporting employee wellness and engagement initiatives
Contributing to internal communication efforts
Providing general HR administrative support across the department
Assisting organizing engagement surveys and tracking employee feedback

Requirements
What you’ll need to do this role
A completed degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
