Description
As a Warehouse Operations Intern, you’ll support the day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities that ensure seamless delivery of products to our customers. This internship is ideal for graduates with a Business Administration or Supply Chain background who are eager to gain practical experience in warehouse coordination, process optimisation, and operational reporting.
What you will love doing in this role
Assisting with the coordination of inbound and outbound stock movements.
Supporting the tracking and reconciliation of inventory across systems and locations.
Helping generate daily and weekly logistics and warehouse performance reports.
Assisting with documentation of warehouse procedures and compliance checks.
Supporting internal audits and stock take preparations.
Collaborating with warehouse supervisors to address operational challenges and process delays.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse layout, processes, and turnaround times.

What you’ll need to do this role
A relevant diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is a plus
Strong analytical and organisational skills
A good understanding of warehouse and supply chain principles
Willingness to work in both administrative and operational warehouse environments
