Job Opportunity: Food Service Assistant (Mobile Kitchen)
Are you passionate about food, friendly service, and working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Food Service Assistant to join our mobile kitchen team!
Location: Discovery Roodepoort
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including Kotas and fast food items
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
Serve customers with a smile and take orders efficiently
Assist with food prep, portioning, and stock control
Support the setup and pack-down of the mobile kitchen daily
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in food service or hospitality (preferred, but not required)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work under pressure
Friendly attitude and great customer service skills
Basic food hygiene knowledge
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and events
