We are looking for a detailed oriented and service driven individual to join our settlement team. You will be responsible for accurate processing, control and reporting of daily cash reconciliations and related settlement documentation, while providing professional support to representatives/agencies and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

YOUR RENSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Prepare and process all daily settlement documentation received for capturing.
Identify and report anomalies where policies and procedures are not adhered to.
Assist representatives/agencies with queries and challenges relating to daily cash reconciliations.
Perform the linking and unlinking of receipts.
Handle complaints and enquiries from representatives and management and provide timeous feedback.
Follow up via email on outstanding/incorrect information or documentation with relevant representatives.
Escalate and communicate relevant matters of importance to management.
 
Requirements
1–2 years of administrative experience.
Experience with data capturing.
Computer literacy (proficient in Microsoft Office or similar tools).
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Must be able to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
