Duties
And

Responsibilities

- Manage staff attendance, leave, uniforms, and payroll-related administration.

- Update and maintain PRP/Honeycomb records. Conduct stock control, asset checks, and submit monthly orders for chemicals, stationery, and uniforms.

- Maintain site files and ensure accurate record keeping.

- Coordinate staff training, toolbox talks, and e-learning activities.

- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements.

- Investigate incidents and complete required health and safety documentation.

- Attend client meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders

Qualifications

- Grade 12 (Matric).

- Minimum 2 years' supervisory

experience

in a cleaning or similar environment.

- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

working with PRP and Honeycomb systems will be advantageous.
