Corruseal Group is offering a structured Engineers in Training (EIT) Program designed to develop high-potential graduates into industry-ready professional engineers within a manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on, immersive program where you will engage with real-world engineering challenges, operational systems, and continuous improvement initiatives across production and engineering functions.

Key Responsibilities

During the programme, our graduates will:

Work on production, process, and engineering systems in a live manufacturing environment
Participate in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Contribute to engineering and process improvement projects
Analyse equipment, production, and process performance data
Gain exposure to maintenance, reliability, and operational excellence practices
Apply engineering theory in practical, real-world contexts

Skills And Competencies

We are looking for graduates who demonstrate:
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Curiosity and a willingness to learn, question, and improve systems
Ability to operate in fast-paced, operational environments

Minimum Requirements

BTech / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in one of the listed engineering disciplines
Strong academic performance
