What does it entail?

This W&RSETA-funded learnership is designed to help young individuals gain a Recognized Qualification (National Certificate in Wholesale & Retail Operations (NQF Level 2)) while getting hands on experience at JF Paints. Learners not only gain industry knowledge but also build a professional network that could lead to future job opportunities.

 

Exit Level Outcomes:

 

Learners who complete this qualification will be able to-

·        Understand the Wholesale & Retail Environment

·        Interact professionally with customers

·        Operation effectively within a chain store or wholesale setting

·        Apply basic communication and mathematical skills in a retail context

 

 

Requirements

·        Interest in Wholesale & Retail Industry

·        No previous work experience is required

·        Unemployed

·        Matric Certificate 

 

·        Theoretical Training schedule will be communicated.

·          Matric Certificate (Clear & Certified Copy- not older than 3 months)

·          ID (Clear Certified Copy- If ID Card please provide a front and back

-Certified copy not older than 3 months)

·          CV
