PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The purpose of a Site Assistant is to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment by performing housekeeping duties, tending to garden tasks, and maintaining the cleanliness of company vehicles through regular truck washing. By upholding cleanliness standards, the Service Assistant contributes to creating a pleasant and hygienic space for employees, visitors, and customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Housekeeping: Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces. This involves tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
Gardening: Taking care of outdoor areas, including gardens, lawns, and landscaping, by mowing grass, trimming hedges, watering plants, removing weeds, and ensuring the overall tidiness and aesthetics of the premises.
Truck washing: Performing regular cleaning and washing of company vehicles, including trucks, vans, or other fleet vehicles, to maintain their appearance, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene standards.
Adhering to safety guidelines and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when performing duties to mitigate potential risks.
Establishing and fostering a safe work environment and overall safety compliance.
Operate within safety standards.
Contribute to the overall achievement of the team’s goals.
