Mission of the role/role pitch: As a Parts Issuer, you will play a key role in enabling safe and efficient maintenance operations by ensuring the accurate handling, control, and availability of spare parts. Through disciplined stock management, compliance with standards, and strong operational support, you will contribute to equipment uptime, reliable service delivery, and overall site performance.
Your Mission Accurately issue, pick, and record parts to support maintenance and breakdown activities
Maintain inventory control, stock accuracy, and proper bin locations
Perform stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and monitor usage trends
Receive, inspect, store, and document parts in line with OEM standards
Ensure availability of critical spares, prioritising urgent breakdown requirements
Support maintenance teams with timely parts availability to minimise downtime
Adhere to safety standards, maintain housekeeping, and report risks
Your Profile: Grade 12 (Essential)
Warehouse or inventory management qualification (Advantageous)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse environment
Knowledge of Epiroc/mining products and processes
Computer literate (MS Office and ERP systems)
Understanding of inventory control and storekeeping practices
Experience in procurement, purchasing, and invoicing
Strong understanding of the flow of goods from receiving to issuing
Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
Valid driver’s license
