Job Purpose
Under supervision provide Personal Computer support service including, trouble shooting, effecting
repairs, installation of hardware and software, control of equipment and maintenance, etc as part of
comprehensive practical training in all areas of Personal Computer support service.

This post reports to SENIOR MANAGER (END USER SUPPORT)

• Under supervision provide general desktop publishing (DTP) services
• Learn to install hardware and software
• Under supervision learn to perform administrative functions

Essential Requirements
