Systems Analyst Admin- Internship Opportunity available
We have a fantastic opportunity available for an Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Science graduate to join our company as a Systems Analyst Admin Intern. The program is aimed at graduates who are looking for real work experience to develop skills and establish their careers. As a Systems Analyst Admin Intern, you will provide crucial administrative support, ensuring smooth project execution. You assist with business and system requirements, coordinate meetings, and streamline stakeholder communication. Your role involves documenting requirements, tracking tasks, and reporting issues, enabling the team to focus on strategic and technical aspects while you manage the operational detail.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting the Senior Systems Analyst with creating functional specifications, flowcharts, and diagrams.
Supporting the technical team to align solutions with business requirements.
Documenting test plans, test cases, and assisting with regression and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Providing end-user support on business systems and handling administrative tasks on Jira.
Assisting with user administration on business systems and contributing to project success.
Perform general administrative duties as needed.
You must meet the following requirements to apply:
Matric plus a 3-Year National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer science from a public tertiary institution.
Microsoft Office proficient – Advanced Excel skills is beneficial.
Must be a South African citizen between the ages of 18-35.
Reside in or around KwaZulu-Natal.
You must NOT be currently employed or be part of another internship/learnership program.
Must have not previously done an internship prior (SETA/ Government)

Great working Hours -Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
