What you´ll do
Supports day-to-day credit management activities for assigned customers debt collection.
Assist with month end activities and closing process for timely delivery.
Preparation of monthly meetings with business units to analyze AR & overdue performance.
Supports regular OTC process reviews to ensure adherence with Henkel’s corporate standards.
Participates and proactively supports finance projects for example in the area of digitalization, CSR or process optimization.
Supports the monthly standard reporting process. Assist in some controlling tasks if and when necessary.
Tracking and steering of Compliance Self Audit and other operational KPIs (e.g. Overdue Invoice %, DSO reductions & other tasks assigned by the team etc.).
Regional and Local interaction with projects within Finance.
