We’ve got a position available for a commercial recoveries consultant
Company: King Price
Purpose of position:
Recovering damages and clients’ excesses from uninsured third parties.
Responsibilities:
Managing client and third-party expectations
Dealing with client and third-party queries in a professional way and in alignment with our company values
Initiating new recovery claims
Assessing the merits and quantum of claims received
Negotiating settlement agreements with uninsured third parties
Requirements:
Matric (essential)
Relevant legal recoveries experience
Commercial insurance experience highly beneficial
Having a solid understanding of the claims philosophy and the application thereof
Skills and Attributes:

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Excellent negotiation, objection- and conflict handling skills
