Full job description
The position will be responsible for:

Conduct regular plant hygiene inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
Conduct all food safety training needs for production staff
Conduct GMP audits
Conduct glass and hard plastic checks as per schedule
Conduct cleaning and sanitation checks.
Manage and monitor allergen management program in the plant
Conduct daily staff hygiene monitoring
Conduct calibration of equipment’s as per the schedule
Assist in managing pest control program within the site.
Assist in preparing for external food safety audits
Assist in conducting annual mock recall or traceability exercises and feedback on the performance.
Raise and manage supplier non-conformances
Verification of raw material receiving records and COA’s follow up.
Ensure current raw material specifications availability on request
Assist the Food safety manager in managing Food Safety Meetings activities and assist in compiling information for management reviews.
Assist in investigating customer complaints, corrective actions and in the implementation of corrective actions.
Trend on a monthly: Micro results, customer complaints, Foreign Object, Corrective actions, Supplier Non-conformances,
Assist in compiling monthly maintenance reports.
Assist in managing control of non-conforming products
Requirements:
