Role Purpose
To support the Client Care team by providing assisted customer service, handling basic client queries, and learning core administrative and servicing processes across multiple service channels.
Requirements
Matric.
Studying toward a relevant qualification desirable.
No experience required; exposure to admin or customer service advantageous.
English plus another South African language.
Computer literacy.
Duties & Responsibilities
Internal Processes (Supervised Support)
Assist with client enquiries and escalate complex cases.
Support in collecting and organizing documentation for claim investigations.
Update tracking tools and system logs.
Provide admin support for claim summaries and communication drafts.
Observe and learn member education sessions.
Maintain system notes and registers.
Assist with basic office operations.
Client
Provide friendly, factual assistance under supervision.
Build positive relationships.
Learn service level standards.
Suggest service improvements.

Participate in training and development.
Engage in coaching and mentorship.
Take ownership of learning.
