Role Purpose
To deliver dependable and professional delivery and facilities management services, along with administrative support, to both internal and external clients.
Requirements
A National Senior Certificate is essential
A valid driver’s licence with no violations is essential
It would be an advantage to have your own insured vehicle
It is essential to have 1-2 years administrative work experience
The incumbent should have 1-2 years driving experience
Participation in afterhours standby schedule which includes weekends, public holidays and night standby
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform a range of administrative duties to support day-to-day operations.
Oversee the maintenance and regular testing of generator systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Provide security standby services and on-call support as required.
Plan, coordinate and schedule deliveries and collections with clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and timelines.
Safely load, transport and deliver or collect items to/from clients, adhering to agreed-upon delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, collections and kilometres travelled on a daily basis.
Conduct routine vehicle safety checks to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Ensure vehicles are regularly maintained and serviced in accordance with established maintenance schedules and plans.
