Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warranty Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing warranty claims and ensuring that all warranty-related issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:
– Matric Certificate (Grade12) 
– 2-3 Years experience in a similar role in the automotive industry
– Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities:
– Process warranty claims and documentation accurately and efficiently
– Communicate with customers and vendors regarding warranty-related issues
– Maintain warranty records and documentation
– Follow up with customers and vendors to ensure timely resolution of warranty claims
– Assist in investigating and resolving warranty disputes
– Provide support to the warranty department as needed
