Open Box
Job description
Our Graduate Programme (2027)
At Open Box Software, we work with complex problems, real clients, and high expectations. We believe graduates should be trusted with meaningful work from the start and will involve you in client projects from the get-go.
Our Graduate Programme is designed for final‑year students who are ready to move from theory into practice. From early on, you will be part of delivery teams working on real client projects, learning alongside experienced consultants, and building the foundations of a long‑term career in tech consulting.
This programme is not about being eased in gently. It is about learning quickly, being supported well, and taking ownership of your growth in a real working environment.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for motivated graduates who are curious, thoughtful, and keen to learn. You don’t need to have all the answers yet, but you do need strong fundamentals, a good work ethic, and a genuine interest in doing quality work.
You’ll be a good fit if you:
Enjoy solving problems and thinking logically
Like figuring out why something works, not just how
Communicate clearly and professionally
Take pride in producing good work
Are proactive, accountable, and open to feedback
Want to grow in a collaborative, people‑centred environment

A Few Things to Keep in Mind When Applying
We want to understand who you are, not just what you have studied. Use your application to tell us what motivates you, what you enjoy working on, and what you are curious about as you start your career.
