The Graduate Intern: Sales Administration is a structured, full-time internship designed for an ambitious, energetic graduate who wants to build a serious career in commercial operations. The role supports the Head of Risk Consulting and the Customer Service Manager with day-to-day sales administration, CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and commercial follow-ups — relieving the Senior Sales System Administrator of routine administrative load and ensuring the sales engine runs smoothly, accurately, and on time.
This is not a filing or shadowing role. The intern will work directly alongside senior consultants and sales leadership, contributing to real commercial outcomes from day one. We are looking for someone with vigour and initiative — a graduate who anticipates what needs doing, asks sharp questions, and treats every task as a chance to learn faster and contribute more.
Minimum Requirements
Education and Qualifications
The following qualifications are preferred. Candidates with degrees or diplomas in related fields are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
Com in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
Degree or Diploma in Transport Management
Qualification in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Com in Business Management or Marketing
Diploma in Operations or Freight Management
Also Considered:
Diploma in Business Administration or Commerce
Certificate in Salesforce, CRM, or Customer Service
Any field with a strong analytical or administrative component
Recent graduates or final-year students are welcome to apply
Relevant internship or part-time commercial experience is an advantage but not essential
