Responsibilities Job Overview: The Store Controller is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, compliance with quality standards and effective Resource Management within the outbound Warehouse operations. This role plays a critical part in loss prevention, freight optimization and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Operational Efficiency and Accuracy

Oversee outbound operations including order selection, picking, loading and invoicing via EWM
Coordinate with transport teams according to the daily load plan
Monitor and validate all stock movements to prevent variances and loading errors
Ensure accurate documentation and control of stock transactions
Inventory Management and Loss Prevention

Manage daily cycle counting processes with a target of 0% stock loss
Track and report inventory variances and initiate corrective actions
Implement and monitor FIFO stock rotation practices to maintain product freshness
Compliance and Quality Assurance

Ensure completion of forklift pre-inspections and truck inspection forms
Coordinate mock recalls in collaboration with the QA team
Verify incoming Chep Pallet receipts and ensure proper offloading and storage
Maintain key control protocols and ensure Enterprise Control Execution checklists are completed and uploaded.
