Responsibilities

Job Overview: Supportive function to the Shift Miller.

Monitoring of production process. Quality testing during on products produced. Maintenance of production equipment

housekeeping – General/Ongoing.

Monitoring machine efficiency
Check Vitamin dosages and quality
Assisting Miller with maintenance and plantsifters, fitters and conveyors
Performing all other duties assigned by Miller
Preparing moisture and quality reports and control sheets when required
Report deviation to the Miller
Proactive prevention of chokes and downtime
Housekeeping
Adhere to safety requirements
