Does this mean you need a degree? Nope!
We are looking for individuals who have shown an interest in the insurance industry whether through:
A degree in finance or related to business
A short course in insurance, or;
Any relevant certification in the industry.
We are genuinely looking for people who:
Have an intrinsic motivation and a genuine passion for this field of work. Formal education is not a primary requirement.
Are driven, ambitious and comfortable with change.
Program specifics:
Duration: We run a three-year program with each year compounding on knowledge and experience to get you ready for the workplace.
Location: Candidates must be based in Cape Town, Johannesburg, or the Port Elizabeth for the duration of the program, as this is an in-office academy program
All successful applicants will receive a competitive salary and other trade tools for the duration of the program. After successful completion of the program, you are placed for employment with a partner in the insurance industry.
