There are moments in life and at work when everything feels heavier than usual.

Moments when the pressure becomes overwhelming, when events move faster than our ability to manage them, and when little by little we begin to lose confidence—not only in the situation, but sometimes in ourselves, in others, and even in the teams we once trusted without hesitation.

It is in those moments of overload that we often see both the best and the worst of human nature.

Fear, frustration, disappointment, exhaustion… they can bring out reactions that do not always reflect who we truly are. We say things we would not normally say. We doubt people we would normally trust. We focus on problems instead of possibilities.

But I have learned throughout my career that these moments do not define us.

What defines us is what happens next.

When someone is struggling, what they need most is not judgment. They need support.

They need colleagues who choose to stand beside them instead of stepping away. They need leaders who continue to believe in them when they have temporarily stopped believing in themselves. They need teams that come together, not because everything is going well, but precisely because it is not.

Sometimes, the most powerful act of leadership is simply being there. Listening. Encouraging. Trusting. Helping someone regain perspective and reminding them that difficult moments are temporary, even when they do not feel that way.

And when there is a clear action plan, we must stand behind it together. Not waiting to see whether it works, but actively contributing to making it work.

Because recovery is rarely an individual achievement. It is often the result of people pulling in the same direction, reinforcing each other’s strengths, sharing the effort, and refusing to give up on one another.

The teams I admire most are not those that never face adversity. They are the ones that respond to adversity with unity, resilience, collaboration, commitment, and trust.

Because when everything seems to be falling apart, that is exactly when trust matters most.

And sometimes, all it takes to help someone get back on their feet is knowing that the people around them still believe in them.

That is the kind of leadership, teamwork, and human connection that makes all the difference.

Turning a cult classic into a cultural moment ✨

Last week, we brought Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour® to the streets of Shoreditch with a bold pop-up and OOH activation — and the response was beyond what we hoped for.

Consumers told us: “We didn’t expect this from Elizabeth Arden.”
That was exactly the point.

The goal: Reignite an icon for a new audience

The execution: A disruptive, social-first experience for influencers & consumers — from sampling to “Spin to Win”, smoothies and shareable moments throughout.

The impact: Strong engagement, standout content, and a seamless path to purchase via Boots

This was about more than awareness — it was experience + conversion, in one ecosystem.

A proud moment and a huge thank you to my team and our agency partners who challenged the status quo & bought this to life, and proof that even the most established icons can still surprise when you show up differently.

A few years ago, I would have said that my chapter in music had long been closed.

As a teenager, I had the privilege of performing in important venues, competing in national music contests, and experiencing moments that shaped who I am today. But as life unfolded, career ambitions, responsibilities, and new priorities took center stage, and music was put on hold for nearly two decades.

In March of this year, I decided to sit behind a keyboard again.

And on June 12th, after almost 20 years away from the stage, I performed live once more. This time, not as the teenager chasing musical dreams, but as a husband, a father, a General Manager, and a colleague surrounded by an incredible team.

The experience reminded me of something we often forget in the executive world: it’s never too late to reconnect with the parts of ourselves that once made us feel truly alive.

The skills may evolve, the nerves never completely disappear, but the joy remains exactly the same.

Thanks to my family, my bandmates for embracing this adventure with me, and especially to members of the Revlon team who came out that night to support and celebrate this unexpected comeback.

Leadership is not only about achieving results. It’s also about remembering who you are beyond your title.

Some passions never fade away. They simply wait for the right moment to play again.

Three incredible days at St Luke’s Farmers representing REVLON! 💄✨

It has been such a rewarding experience connecting with customers, sharing beauty tips, and helping people discover products tailored to their individual needs.

Throughout the event, we offered personalised makeovers and consultations, exciting gifts with purchase, and our popular prize wheel, which brought plenty of smiles and excitement to the counter.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, participated, and supported us over the three days. Events like these are a great reminder of how much I enjoy combining my passion for beauty, customer service, and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Looking forward to the next event! ❤️

Excited to share some of my recent creative work for Revlon’s “Be Unforgettable” campaign, introducing Teyana Taylor as the brand’s newest ambassador.
This project brought together so many pieces of what I love about beauty creative: campaign concepting, art direction, talent-led storytelling, product-focused image-making, motion, social, OOH, and a full visual system built to live across platforms.
Teyana brought such a strong presence to the work: bold, glamorous, expressive, and completely unforgettable. The creative direction was about matching that energy while keeping the Revlon world sharp, iconic, and modern.
From beauty imagery and product storytelling to social assets and Times Square placements, this was a reminder of how powerful a campaign can feel when brand, talent, product, and culture are all speaking the same language.
Grateful to have contributed to this work and to keep building beauty campaigns that move across image, motion, digital, and real-world moments.

Yee-Haw!! What a fantastic time at the Boots UK Self Selection Cosmetics Conference! 💄🤠

One thing was crystal clear throughout the event: the love for Revlon is REAL ❤️

A huge thank you to the Boots UK team and the incredible store colleagues for such a warm welcome, engaging conversations, and overwhelming enthusiasm for Revlon. We were truly blown away by the energy and support shown throughout the event.

There’s nothing better than connecting with the people who bring our brand to life every day on the shop floor and hearing first-hand how our products help customers feel confident. Every conversation was a reminder of why events like these are so valuable.

It’s always a pleasure to be part of projects like this, and a special shoutout to Principles Agency for bringing the experience to life. The stand looked incredible, and it was fantastic to see fully recyclable materials being used throughout the build, especially for a themed, one-off event.
