What We Are Looking For
The Industrial Engineering Intern will learn and contribute to the delivery of industrialization activities, ensuring production readiness. Perform continuous improvement initiatives in order to achieve Quality, Cost and Safety targets. Perform continuous improvement initiatives in order to achieve Quality, Cost and Safety targets.
Key Responsibilities
Perform time studies for the workshops in order to define standard method/cycle times.
Perform Line balancing
MBOM/ PBOM creation and validation
Develop work instructions, facility layouts and process flows
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Perform safety risk assessments
What Qualifications You Should Have
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Completed S4 subjects in Industrial Engineering or National Diploma
Degree in Industrial Engineering would also be advantageous
Strong knowledge in work-study, operations management, facilities and material handling
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Tools and advance Excel
High analytical with excellent communication
Active team player, achievement & deadline orientation and process driven.
Innovative ideas
Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Time management skills
