WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Attend programme and cross-functional meetings.
Take structured, technically accurate, and comprehensive minutes.
Capture decisions, action items, risks, and dependencies.
Distribute minutes in a timely manner and maintain an auditable repository.
Track and follow up on action items to ensure closure
Assist in updating and maintaining integrated programme schedules.
Consolidate inputs from engineering, production, supply chain, and commercial teams.
Track progress against key milestones and contractual deliverables; highlight deviations and risks.
Prepare structured progress reports and support executive-level presentations.
Assist to conduct visits to production facilities and monitor manufacturing progress against plans.
Assist to verify status of critical components and assemblies; compile objective progress reports.
Identify bottlenecks, delays, or constraints; provide early warning of risks to milestones.
Monitor long-lead and critical materials, track purchase orders and delivery dates.
Align procurement timelines with programme schedules; liaise with Supply Chain/Procurement.
Support supplier performance tracking and delivery compliance; escalate material risks.
Contribute to consolidated supply chain reporting; coordinate material needs for capital projects.
Support communication between Project Development, Contract Management (Sales), Capital Projects, and Supply Chain.
Consolidate cross-functional updates into coherent programme reports.
Promote transparency and accountability; ensure shared milestones and commitments remain aligned.
Adheres and implements Rheinmetall Denel Munitions Policies and Procedures and ensures compliance to ISO Standards with respect to SHE/Quality/Environmental/Energy.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
National Diploma or NQF 6 qualification in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
Basic understanding of project management principles and scheduling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management abilities.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret technical and supply chain data.
Confidence engaging with engineering, production, and supply chain teams.
Professional maturity and accountability
