What will you do?
Purpose Of The Role
The Learning & Development Graduate Intern will support the L&D team in the design, delivery, and evaluation of training initiatives to enhance employee development and organizational performance. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the L&D field, contributing to strategic learning projects while developing professional skills.
The role reports to: L&D Manager / Learning & Development Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the analysis, design, development, and delivery of learning content
Support the coordination and logistics of learning interventions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and communication.
Build learning frameworks in line with business needs
Contribute to the administration of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
Participate in the evaluation and analysis of training effectiveness and learner feedback.
Assist with the creation of reports and presentations on learning metrics and program outcomes.
Engage with stakeholders to gather learning needs and assist in aligning L&D strategies with business goals.
Provide general administrative support to the L&D team, including maintaining training records and documentation.
What will make you successful in this role?
Requirements & Qualification
Recent graduate with a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
ODETDP Certificate will be advantageous
Passion for learning and development with a keen interest in instructional design and adult learning principles.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools (advantageous).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
