Accelerated Learner – Enterprise Service Management
Description
Senwes is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accelerated Learner to join our Enterprise Service Management Service Desk team, with a strong focus on First-Line HR Support. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment while contributing to both internal HR processes and external customer support within an e-commerce setting.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provide first-line HR support by handling employee queries efficiently and professionally.
Allocate and manage service requests in line with established processes.
Answer incoming telephone calls and ensure prompt resolution or escalation.
Log and manage tickets accurately within the service management system.
Assist with monthly reporting and maintain up-to-date records.
Support external customers within an e-commerce environment, ensuring high service standards.
Provide basic payroll support and assist with related administrative tasks.
Requirements
Qualifications and experience: National Senior Certificate. Relevant tertiary qualification or currently studying toward a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (advantageous). Basic knowledge of HR principles, payroll processes, or service desk operations (preferred but not essential). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with ticketing or service management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshservice) is an advantage.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Basic understanding of HR processes and service desk operations (advantageous). Interest in e-commerce environments and customer service.
