Applications are invited for a vacancy exists for a dynamic and driven Sculler to join a team based at St John’s Collage. This role reports directly to the Facilities Manager, in the Shared Services Business Unit.

Minimum Requirements
Matric and or a Basic food hygiene certificate
A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality customer care
Basic knowledge of service standards, guest relations and etiquette
Honest and reliable
No criminal Record
Relevant experience working in a similar environment
Maintaining compliance with the highest sanitation, safety, and quality standards
Willingness to undertake new duties to support colleagues within the team
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and areas allocated
Meet established cleaning and quality standards
Ensure kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils are in a clean and orderly condition
Wash dishes
Clear rubbish and waste from kitchen
Assist in receiving and packing of kitchen stock
