Eligibility Requirements
Age: Between 18–35 years
Residency: Must reside in Mthatha (OR Tambo District, King Sabata Dalindyebo Municipality)
Unemployed: Must be currently unemployed
Funding History: Applicants must not have received funding from government entities (e.g., NSFAS, other SETAs, Funza Lushaka, etc.)
Education: Minimum Grade 9-12
