RCL FOODS is seeking a highly skilled and efficient Stock Controller (In Development) to join the Sugar Division. The role will report to the Procurement Manager and will be based in Komati.

The Stock Controller will be responsible for overseeing store operations, including stock management, procurement compliance, budget control, team supervision, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Management of Subordinates, as well as time management and clearing of time messages.

- Manage receiving, issuing, storing, counting, safeguarding, and disposal of stock items to and from store.

- Management of general store operations and material management.

- Enforcing and Auditing of Procurement SOPs.

- Reporting and spend monitoring.

- Transit store organising.

- Management of Safe keeping and preservation of stock.

- Management of Stores operational budget.Communication with internal and external customers.

- Organise and co-ordinate stock and cycle counts.

- Ensuring that departmental and business requirements.

- Report and investigate accidents, incidents and implement preventative measures.

- Maintain high quality work standards and good housekeeping in area of responsibility and comply with safety standards and requirements.

Minimum

Requirements

- A Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification.

- System skill (SAP and MS skills)

- prerequisite.

- At least 3 years supervisory or equivalent experience.

- 3 years relevant

experience

in a Store or Warehousing environment.

- Must demonstrate the ability to problem solve efficiency.

- To be considered for appointment, candidate must be a South African citizen.
