Job Description
Our therapy Group Practice at Nurture Vereeniging in Gauteng is looking for a Rehab Aider to join their team.
REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING
Grade 12 minimum requirement
2 years or more relevant experience in a physical rehabilitation environment is essential
Valid Drivers’ License, PDP advantageous
Computer literate with strong administration and organizational skills
Previous experience in a healthcare setting
KEY COMPETENCIES
Good inter-personal skills and communication skills
Patient handling skills, such as transfers
Knowledge of basic wheelchair maintenance and basic wheelchair seating requirements
Willingness to assist in other admin areas in the facility when required
Problem solving skills, analysis & sound decision-making
Safety and Quality with sound knowledge of health and safety requirements for a rehabilitation setting
Initiative-taking
Flexibility
Willingness to learn and grow
Minimum Salary: R9 489.74 CTC (including benefits)
