What You Will Do
The main purpose of a finance graduate role is to develop early-career talent into capable financial professional while supporting the organisations financial decision making.
Job Objectives
Assisting with and coordinating the GRN process
Execute master data updates in GL and Accounts Payable.
Provide support and participate in improvement activities.
Creating Purchase order (P+) monthly SLA’s, stationery and other consumables.
Ensure fulfilment of internal control requirements (grn and purchase order processes).
Prepare and update spreadsheets.
Reconciling deferred VAT and Customs Duty accounts.
Monthly supplier reconciliations.
Support with month end closing activities and trends analysis.
Day-to-day team support with Adhoc activities.
