Who are we?
Sanlam Group Technology is responsible for the provision of a digitally enabled technology service as a group COE, drive business and transformation and provide group-wide digital and data architecture. We operate the various technology platforms and shared services, ensure Cyber and Information Security resilience, and act as technology governance and risk orchestrator for technology across Sanlam.
What will you do?
Receives purchase requests, obtains quotations and places orders on suitable suppliers. Prepares purchase orders, contracts and other documents or amendments thereto. Works according to laid down procedures and delegated authority regarding discretion and decision making.
What will make you successful in this role?
Fulfillment of software license requests via SRS.
Requesting software license quotations from vendor.
Updating of license register system with entitlements, user and product information.
License assignments via various web portals.
Logging of Software Certification requests for new software.
Qualifications
Matric
Degree or Diploma in Finance/Administration
Knowledge and Skills
