Our other branches include Sandton, Ballito and Richards Bay.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Saryx has exciting work opportunities available for graduates interested in a career in Information Technology.
Successful applicants will commence as Support Desk Consultants on a trainee/1-year contract basis and will provide telephonic and virtual support to our clients on our award-winning HSEC Online® Document Management System.
Saryx provides a great career path for Information Technology students who could later be considered for permanent appointment in positions such as Support Consultants, Implementation Specialists, Business Analysts or Developers.
MAIN JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Information Technology (Completed or nearing completion)
(e.g. BSc or BCom in Information Technology/Informatics/ Information Sciences/Information Systems)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent ability to communicate telephonically
Excellent customer orientation
Logical thinking skills
Problem-solving skills
Self-discipline and being a self-starter
Patience and resilience
Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
Driver’s license (advantageous)
Basic business understanding (Some work experience will be advantageous)
