We are currently recruiting for an Administrator (Pump Rebuilds/Recons) for our Centurion office.

Job specifications will be:

General admin related to operations.
Management of overtime sheets.
Communications of any identified issues in various situations.
Liasing with procurement to acquire supplies needed for the designated department.

Assisting with capturing of orders and physical paperwork.
Communicate between departments to ensure all paperwork and process are being followed through.
Attention to detail when working with programs.
Ability to work overtime if required.
Uploading of documents to relevant destinations on the company system.

Systematic Transfers of stock between departments.
Follow ups on Repair Jobs handed over to OPS.
Capturing orders
Working on Syspro
Taking inventory and stock control
Excel knowledge
Qualifications and Traits:

Minimum education – Matric
Strong computer skills.
Strong minded
Driven
