Responsibilities
Attend and actively participate in all scheduled training sessions, workshops and assessments
Complete all coursework, assignments and assessments in line with programme requirements
Gain hands-on workplace experience in assigned department(s)
Support team members with administrative and operational tasks
Demonstrate willingness to learn and apply new skills in the workplace
Adhere to company policies, procedures and code of conduct
Maintain accurate records of learning progress and workplace activities
Meet performance standards and deadlines set by both training provider and employer
Communicate effectively with supervisors, mentors, and peers
Participate in feedback sessions and performance reviews

Unemployed
Between the ages 18 to 35
Certification, Diploma and or degree
Must meet the eligibility criteria for the specific learnership programme
Basic computer literacy (MS Office or relevant systems)
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Willingness to learn and develop professionally
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
S trong work ethic and reliability
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
