Description: Auto Pedigree is looking for a Natis Clerk to join its Head Office in Spartan, Kempton Park. This position is an ideal opportunity for a trustworthy, detail-oriented individual with strong financial administration skills. The role reports directly to the Natis Supervisor .

Position Overview: The purpose of this position is to support and assist the Financial Manager and Natis Supervisor in the management of stock associated documents

Minimum

Experience: 
2 – 3 years’ experienceRelevant administrative experience

Minimum Qualification: 
Grade 12
Minimum Requirements
Computer literateA Code 8 Driver’s License
Job Outputs:
Managing the dealer stocking of our vehicles.Submitting NaTIS documents for registration.Handling of requests and queries.Dealing directly with the compliance department.Handling queries from branches and banks.Administration duties, including filing, copying etc.Maintaining relationships with the banks and branch managers.Implement effective relationship management strategies (Both internally and externally)
