What are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to drive and support organizational capability by implementing learning and development initiatives, facilitating recruitment and employee lifecycle processes, and contributing to transformation and compliance objectives. The role plays a key part in advancing

skills
development, employee engagement, and BBBEE priorities within the organization.

What do we expect from the candidate?

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, excellent observation and analytical abilities and a proactive approach to administrative tasks, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, providing valuable support to the HR Department.

The key

responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Offboarding Process

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing and selecting.

- Contribute to developing job

description

s.

- Conduct pre-employment checks and medical screening.

- Facilitate onboarding for new recruits and orientation programmes.

- Prepare new recruits staff announcements.

- Follow up on contract extensions on fixed-term contracts.

- Manage termination, exit interviews and booking off exit medicals.

- Conduct intern reviews.

Learning & Development

- Compile and oversee the full SETA reporting (WSP/ATR) process as well as submission.

- Conduct Training Needs analysis.

- Oversee and manage the training tool for the group.

- Maintain accurate training record and reports.

- Collating Group training data for monthly and quarterly report and consolidate it.

- Manage and track internships and bursaries.

HR Compliance

- Ensure recruitment is in line with Employment Equity requirements.

- Support HR policy implementation.

- Prepare HR reports and documentation.

- Ensuring that disciplinaries and grievances are handled in accordance with the company’s disciplinary code and procedures.

- Drafting of charge sheets.

- Assist in preparing CCMA file for the Country HR Director.

Employee Relations and Wellness

- Support employee engagement initiatives and learning interventions.

- Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns.

- Promote a diversity and inclusion culture within the organisation.

- Coordinate employee referrals through the company’s Employee Assistance Programme.

- EAP and reporting on the progress.

- Coordinate Wellness and Safety days i.e Blood drive, SHE Day.

HR Operations

- Maintaining BBBEE supplier documentation.

- Support in BBBEE initiatives.

- Minute taking and sending communication to staff.

- Assist in HR related administrative and other ad-hoc duties.

If you possess…

Must-Have:

- Grade 12/Matric.

- Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management.

- Must maintain high level of confidentiality.

- Understanding of BCEA and labour laws.

- Good presentation skills.

- 2-3 years of work

experience
in HR or related functions will be advantageous.

Experience
working on an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) will be advantageous.
