Senwes Equipment is seeking an organised and customer-focused Job Card Clerk to become part of our workshop team.

As the administrative backbone of the workshop, you will create and maintain job cards, capture service information, process claims documentation, monitor maintenance records, communicate with customers on repair progress, and ensure all workshop documentation is accurate and complete.

You will work closely with technicians, the Workshop Manager, and the parts department to ensure equipment moves efficiently through the service process. Job

Requirements
The ideal candidate has a National Senior Certificate, a valid Code 8 driver's license, and 1–2 years of administration experience.
